By submitting an Order through Our Website, You are offering to purchase the selected Goods.

You must ensure that information provided during checkout is complete and accurate.

After placing an Order, You may receive an acknowledgement.

An acknowledgement confirms receipt of the Order but does not necessarily constitute acceptance.

A binding contract is formed when We accept Your Order.

Candy Hive allows customers to create personalised selections of sweets.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their selections before checkout.

Risk in the Goods passes in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Where Candy Hive remains responsible for delivery, We will not seek to transfer delivery risk to a consumer merely because We have handed a parcel to Our chosen courier.

16. OWNERSHIP

Ownership of Goods will pass to You once We have received full payment and applicable legal requirements have been satisfied.

17. CANCELLATION RIGHTS

Where the statutory cancellation right applies, consumers generally have 14 days after receiving the Goods to tell Us that they wish to cancel.
